Director, International Finance & Strategy

Location: Santa Ana, California headquarters, Jersey City, New Jersey office, or San Francisco, California; remote and hybrid candidates may be considered. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office are required to be onsite most of the time.

Salary: $163,308–$250,308 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Provide financial leadership for international expansion, business development, market-entry analysis, and investment cases.
• Partner with grading and marketplace business leaders to improve financial understanding and operational performance.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics for international business units.
• Build financial models for investment decisions, scenario planning, valuation, and long-term strategy.
• Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities as the business scales.
• Manage, coach, and develop 2–3 direct reports while serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of FP&A experience in a high-volume transaction or high-growth environment.
• At least 5 years of FP&A leadership and business partnership experience.
• Strong financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and valuation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive- and board-level presentations.
• Experience managing and developing employees and influencing cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding Excel and data management skills, familiarity with financial systems such as Adaptive and NetSuite, and strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer goods or digital businesses such as CPG or ecommerce.
• International FP&A experience across multiple geographies and currencies.
• Interest in collectibles or sports.
