Senior Finance Manager (DTC)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $149,000–$157,000 per year in New York.

What you will do

• Own monthly forecasting for revenue, COGS, marketing spend, and operating expenses.
• Lead strategic planning cycles, including three-year planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly updates.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product leaders on pricing, promotions, investments, and business decisions.
• Analyze performance against plan, forecast, and prior periods while identifying risks, opportunities, and variance drivers.
• Build scenario models and business cases for growth initiatives, new products, and cost optimization.
• Create scalable financial models, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive materials for leadership and board discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, systems implementation, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience owning financial planning and performance for a business unit or function, with a strong understanding of P&L drivers.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience with subscription-based or direct-to-consumer business models.
• Experience with supply chain, fulfillment, or food operations cost structures.
• MBA or CPA.
