Manager, Business Intelligence and Market Insights (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Create and distribute clear insights on products, capabilities, and market positioning.
• Partner with Product, Distribution, Investment, and Strategy teams to support business decisions with data-led analysis.
• Deliver intelligence on competitors, client behaviour, and industry trends to support growth and market positioning.
• Support sales and client teams with tailored insights for strategic and tactical opportunities.
• Build and improve data capabilities, including governance, integrity, accessibility, and self-serve data tools.
• Provide reporting, benchmarking, capability reviews, and analysis to inform priorities and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Experience in business intelligence, consulting, product strategy, or a similar analytical role in asset management or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of market and data tools such as Morningstar, Broadridge, Preqin, PitchBook, or Bloomberg, with deep expertise in several of them.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Relevant qualification completed or in progress, such as IMC, CFA, or CAIA.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and commercial analysis skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
