Commercial Analyst – Casino

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid role

Salary: $90,000–$112,000 USD per year, plus potential short-term or long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Optimize the Casino VIP proposition and support Casino VIP strategy.
• Define success measures and create data visualizations for KPI performance.
• Analyze VIP trends, behaviors, business drivers, and customer insights.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and strategic opportunities.
• Evaluate ROI for new ideas and build business cases for investment decisions.
• Collaborate with commercial, analytics, VIP, operations, product, marketing, responsible gaming, and Sportsbook VIP stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or another highly numerate field, or relevant data/business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools and experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools, checking their outputs, and integrating them into workflows.
• Strong organization, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and business insight skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Interest in online casino, fantasy sports, or sports betting.
