Commercial Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $90,000–$112,000 USD per year, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Own and improve recurring weekly and monthly performance reporting for leadership, including executive-ready summaries.
• Analyze marketing and promotional efficiency, cohort targeting, spend allocation, and campaign performance.
• Support commercial forecasting and budgeting by developing assumptions and explaining plan-to-actual variance.
• Assess the impact of product changes on customer KPIs before and after launch.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Analytics, and other teams to connect market insights with business performance.
• Build self-service dashboards and reusable AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Tableau and Databricks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or another numerate field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in analytics, business strategy, or a related area.
• Ability to work with imperfect or delayed external data, synthesize multiple inputs, and develop clear conclusions.
• Experience building structured analyses, models, frameworks, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and AI; familiarity with Python and cloud data platforms such as Databricks.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving analytics team and communicate complex analyses clearly.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
