AI Presales Solution Architect (Asset Management & Service Management)

Location: Itasca, Illinois, United States. International travel and flexible hours are required to support global engagements. Hybrid work opportunities are available.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead qualified, high-impact AI sales pursuits and technical win strategies.
• Tailor software demonstrations and deliver proof-of-value engagements for strategic customers.
• Translate AI capabilities into domain-specific outcomes and technically sound architectures for ERP, EAM, and FSM.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, R&D, and go-to-market teams on campaigns, sales plays, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning.
• Create reusable presales content and assets, mentor talent, and raise delivery standards across market units.
• Drive industry-specific go-to-market innovation and provide product feedback for future AI portfolio development.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ERP, EAM, and/or FSM, together with applied AI proficiency.
• Strong understanding of business and IT architecture and AI-led business transformation.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and executive-level presentations to varied audiences.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor colleagues across geographies.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours for global engagements required.
