Presales Solution Architect (US) (AI)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business, technical, data, quality, timeline, and commercial requirements into executable solution architectures.
• Design delivery models for data collection, annotation, transcription, translation, evaluation, LLM projects, and other human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
• Develop cost models, pricing structures, rate cards, staffing models, margin analyses, and commercially viable delivery recommendations.
• Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, proposals, Statements of Work, solution briefs, execution plans, and customer questionnaires.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supplier Management, Finance, Product, and Project Management on supplier requirements, costing, quality, capacity, and transition to delivery.
• Develop reusable solution frameworks and apply AI-assisted processes such as pre-labeling, transcription, metadata extraction, intelligent sampling, and quality validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions architecture, presales, consulting, technology services, data services, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience designing solutions for enterprise customers and developing project pricing, costing, staffing, or commercial models.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other enterprise procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of data and AI workflows, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex opportunities and make sound technical and commercial recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML data services, data collection, annotation, transcription, translation, model evaluation, LLMs, speech, or computer vision.
• Experience with global delivery and supplier ecosystems, geographic labor-rate models, or complex pricing structures.
• Experience with large-scale data programs, human-in-the-loop workflows, enterprise customers, or fast-paced presales and consulting environments.
