Director, Broad-Based Compensation

Salary: $186,500–$297,500 base salary annually, plus potential 401(k), equity grants, and annual bonus eligibility for qualifying positions.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of compensation professionals.
• Provide strategic compensation consulting to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders.
• Shape broad-based compensation philosophy, programs, salary structures, and market-pricing practices.
• Oversee job architecture, organizational design support, offers, promotions, transfers, annual compensation planning, and pay governance.
• Develop compensation analytics and insights to identify market trends, pay risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership on integrated compensation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive compensation experience, including broad-based compensation leadership in a large, complex organization.
• Experience leading high-performing compensation teams and developing future leaders.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, market pricing, incentive design, governance, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with large data sets, and experience using Workday or a similar human capital management system.
• Strong executive presence and excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
