Compensation Solutions Analyst V (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, California or Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: $140,000–$192,500 per year

What you will do

• Optimize compensation and performance management operations by streamlining workflows and implementing automation.
• Partner with HRIT and technical teams on compensation systems, integrations, data management, and reporting.
• Design and support technology-enabled Global Rewards programs, including salary benchmarking, market competitiveness analysis, internal equity reviews, and compensation planning.
• Analyze compensation data and processes to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Advise internal stakeholders and Global Rewards partners on compensation programs, processes, and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Global Rewards experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Knowledge of global compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and database management.
• Experience with Workday and Radford is preferred.
