Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 base pay annually, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and future architecture of the customer-facing Agentic AI platform.
• Learn and improve prompt engineering workflows across Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit.
• Define and execute a plan to consolidate prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
• Coordinate engineering, data, operations, and other teams while prioritizing the chatbot development queue.
• Evaluate voicebot, computer-use, and other emerging AI capabilities and guide investment decisions.
• Manage the OpenAI relationship and hirify.global’s presence in the ChatGPT store.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward-deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
• Strong curiosity about AI systems and modern LLMs.
• Experience turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
• Ability to discuss API design and system architecture and explain complex concepts to different audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL and using data to validate hypotheses.
• Pragmatic approach to technical tradeoffs and AI platform standards.
