Strategic Product Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York, United States; all full-time roles are in person.

Salary: $170,000–$300,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own high-priority zero-to-one initiatives without established product teams, roadmaps, or obvious solutions.
• Investigate new customer categories, internal workflows, and emerging business lines to determine what to build.
• Lead initiatives from problem definition through prototyping, implementation, launch, measurement, and transition to a durable operating model.
• Build prototypes using data analysis, AI development tools, lightweight software, and operational experimentation.
• Lead execution across engineering, design, operations, commercial, and clinical teams without relying on formal authority.
• Create metrics, feedback loops, and operating mechanisms, then transition successful initiatives into permanent teams, functions, or business lines.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, software engineering, or a forward-deployed role with ownership of outcomes.
• Track record of independently driving ambiguous, cross-functional problems to measurable results.
• Technical judgment across software, data, AI systems, and operational processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI and technical tools to prototype, analyze, automate, or build.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal discussions and external relationships.
• Ability to move quickly, find shortcuts, and deliver demanding goals.
