Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, configure, test, calibrate, and repair electrical equipment operating up to 480VAC, three-phase.
• Maintain and repair motors, adjustable speed drives, motor control circuits, switchgear, transformers, battery systems, and UPS systems.
• Work with control valves, solenoids, regulators, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and flow, pressure, temperature, level, load-cell, and proximity instruments.
• Conduct interlock testing and verify that equipment safeguards comply with policies and regulations.
• Write electrical operation, isolation, and maintenance procedures; support training and contribute I&E input to new processes and systems.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and P&IDs; manage equipment files and spare-parts information in SAP and liaise with suppliers on equipment problems.

Requirements

• Active Delaware Journeyperson Electrician License required.
• Electrical and instrumentation experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and work overtime for vacation, outage, and plant coverage.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, HR/timekeeping systems, SAP, and online training platforms.
• Ability to work safely and effectively independently and in teams under limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Active Delaware Master Electrician License.
• Experience in chemical or medical device manufacturing.
• PLC and process-control experience, especially Allen-Bradley MicroLogix, RSLogix500, and RSLogix5000.
