Cyber Partner Coordinator Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States work authorization required; applicants must be U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead a team of program analysts, managers, and subject matter experts supporting national cybersecurity initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, industry, SLTT, international, and external partners.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagements, meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to assess feedback, identify trends, and inform recommendations.
• Develop strategic plans, assessments, reports, presentations, briefings, talking points, fact sheets, and white papers while managing milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 10–15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals from a technical, policy, or combined perspective.
• Experience with SLTT organizations, industry stakeholders, cybersecurity partners, and external relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to create polished, concise, executive-ready deliverables and communicate cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain DHS suitability; a Top Secret clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DHS, CISA, or another federal cybersecurity organization.
• Familiarity with DHS/CISA structures, mission areas, stakeholder engagement processes, and operating environment.
• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs or coordinating federal, SLTT, and private-sector partnerships.
• Project management experience in federal consulting or government contracting.
