TL;DR

Professional Services Consultant (SaaS): Guiding Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through the deployment and adoption of the hirify.global platform with an accent on revenue operations and technical configuration. Focus on process mapping, solution design, and ensuring measurable business outcomes for clients.

Location: Must be based in or near Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery and business process mapping to diagnose customer needs and define optimal solutions.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration of the hirify.global platform to match approved designs.
  • Design and document workflows, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation.
  • Manage the quality assurance process, including UAT coordination and post-go-live hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams to validate data, integrations, and security requirements.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal delivery assets, templates, and best practice guides.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong working knowledge of revenue operations, sales cycles, and team structures.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions within a major CRM platform like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Dynamics.
  • Solid technical aptitude for hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites for critical milestones.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICCC, Challenger Sale, or Miller Heiman.
  • Experience supporting implementations in the Mid-Market or Small Enterprise segment.
  • Knowledge of foundational project management principles.
