What you will do

• Develop FPGA systems and proprietary hardware designs for trading operations.
• Work with traders and technologists to identify and exploit opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Improve trading strategies through reduced latency, higher throughput, and increased robustness.
• Build greenfield technology across multiple exchanges, asset classes, and trading strategies.
• Collaborate on new trading opportunities and contribute to the future technical direction of the firm.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FPGA engineering experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog skills.
• Experience with source control management and automated verification.
• Experience with HLS or another DSP flow for FPGA.
• Ability to approach new and unfamiliar engineering problems independently.
• Interest in trading.

Nice to have

• Python or TCL experience.
• Low-latency design experience.
• ASIC experience.
• Network and packet processing experience.
• Financial market data, trading systems, or software development experience.
