What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for R&D positions.
- Partner with R&D hiring managers to define requirements, candidate profiles, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Manage sourcing, resume screening, pre-screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Optimize recruitment workflows to balance hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Support HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR data analytics, team events, culture, and welfare administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience with mature sourcing capabilities.
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication is required as a working language.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to solve problems with a closed-loop approach.
- Pure agency or RPO recruitment experience is welcome.
- Availability for on-site work in Shanghai, China.
