Professional Services Solutions Architect (Italy)

What you will do

• Engage with customers to assess data and information management environments and define pragmatic solutions.
• Design, implement, remediate, install, and configure hirify.global backup and recovery solutions.
• Assess technical readiness, perform data migrations, and configure backup agents for applications, databases, and hypervisors.
• Resolve technical issues with customers, hirify.global Technical Support, and Development teams.
• Provide deployment updates to Project Managers and complete User Acceptance Test Plans and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with regional Technical Architects on global customer projects and support customer satisfaction throughout engagements.

Requirements

• Advanced hirify.global Solution experience, including implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise backup and recovery software.
• Professional Services, Technical Support, Managed Services, or enterprise backup administration experience with hands-on hirify.global expertise.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, Linux, TCP/IP, SCSI, iSCSI, or Fibre Channel, including Linux scripting.
• Experience protecting Microsoft 365, Oracle, SAP, and SAP HANA databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3, NetApp StorageGRID, data archiving and search, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure.
• Fluent English and Italian are required in both verbal and written communication.

• Advanced hirify.global certification such as Solutions Architect, Engineer, or Master.
