What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of subject-matter experts to develop complex cross-Practice solutions and cost cases.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from deal qualification to closure for Strategic Outsourcing solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face client discussions (40-70% of time) to align technical designs with business requirements.
• Own the definition of service solutions and serve as the primary source of engagement management and solution design.
• Develop and execute technical solution strategies while removing obstacles for the delivery teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Milano, Italy.
• Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Ability to explain the business and technical value of infrastructure solutions to technical leaders.
• Experience in closing strategic, complex services engagements.
• Proven skill in developing competitive cost cases for long-term opportunities.
