What you will do

• Support customers through in-depth discovery to understand their current infrastructure and business needs.
• Design customised hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate requirements into high- and low-level designs.
• Develop implementation plans and timelines aligned with client expectations and project objectives.
• Manage technical solution implementations and coordinate internal, external, and vendor resources.
• Advise customers on digital transformation and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise compute and storage, backup and recovery, networking, security, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
• Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and business or industry awareness.
• Pre-sales experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to change and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification.
• Nutanix NCP or NCM certification.
• Dell Technologies, Cisco Datacentre, VMware, Microsoft, or AWS certifications.
