What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value solutions on complex consulting engagements.
- Design and sell PaaS, IaaS, and Infrastructure Services solutions that solve customer business challenges.
- Define and document overall solution architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security requirements are met.
- Develop competitive cost cases and financial models for long-term strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and HR departments to align technical strategy with commercial objectives.
- Manage client relationships, spending approximately 40% of time in direct engagement with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in closing strategic, complex services engagements.
- Deep domain expertise in cloud computing, data technologies, and managed services.
- Ability to lead large technical teams and drive solution strategy.
- Experience in creating, assessing, and negotiating contracts and financial models.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Milano, Italy.
