What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value solutions on complex consulting engagements.
• Design and sell PaaS, IaaS, and Infrastructure Services solutions that solve customer business challenges.
• Define and document overall solution architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security requirements are met.
• Develop competitive cost cases and financial models for long-term strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and HR departments to align technical strategy with commercial objectives.
• Manage client relationships, spending approximately 40% of time in direct engagement with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in closing strategic, complex services engagements.
• Deep domain expertise in cloud computing, data technologies, and managed services.
• Ability to lead large technical teams and drive solution strategy.
• Experience in creating, assessing, and negotiating contracts and financial models.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milano, Italy.
