Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States

Annual base salary: $89,200–$122,000, plus equity and benefits.

Develops and operates industrially scalable laser metal additive manufacturing, precision machining, and digital production infrastructure for aerospace, defense, medical, and other essential industries.

What you will do

• Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, material and labor costs, burden absorption, manufacturing variances, and product profitability.
• Build financial models for pricing decisions, capital investments, capacity utilization, and customer profitability.
• Analyze operational KPIs including labor efficiency, scrap rates, purchase price variance, inventory turns, on-time delivery, and throughput.
• Support monthly close, performance reviews, SIOP and demand planning with financial insights.
• Build automated dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reports using Epicor ERP, Microsoft Power BI, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, financial modeling, and complex formulas.
• Ability to analyze costing, BOM structures, labor reporting, inventory transactions, and operational performance data.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Epicor ERP, BAQs, dashboard design, and ERP reporting tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• SQL and database reporting experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
