Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States
Salary: $112,000β$168,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive and long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Build and automate balance sheet, cash flow, financial position, and liquidity reporting across member companies.
- Develop working capital reporting covering inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash conversion.
- Write SQL in Snowflake to source, transform, and validate financial data, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
- Partner with finance and operations leaders across sites to standardize definitions, improve data quality, and support reporting consistency.
- Support liquidity analysis, cash flow forecasting, balance sheet reviews, collections follow-up, and inventory performance improvement.
- Lead reporting modernization, FP&A automation, and special projects while presenting clear visualizations and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5β10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in manufacturing finance.
- Strong understanding of financial position and liquidity statements, working capital, inventory, and AR/AP drivers.
- Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Experience building or significantly improving financial reporting processes and replacing manual spreadsheets with automation.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively across business divisions, and use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
Nice to have
- CPA, CMA, or MBA.
- Experience in a multi-site or multi-business-unit manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, finance workflow automations, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed, venture-backed, startup, or portfolio-company environments.
