Pre-Sales Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to identify business needs and objectives of banking and financial industry clients.
• Design customized solutions and communicate the relevant technical expertise to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver solution designs, tailored product demonstrations, business cases, and pricing input.
• Manage RFP processes, including responses, proposals, and business case development.
• Lead proof-of-concept delivery by coordinating technology, compliance, data, and internal technical teams.
• Share market feedback with Product to support short- and long-term roadmap planning.

Requirements

• More than five years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Technical Sales, or Customer Success in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Ability to structure complex challenges, build productive relationships, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of technological and business concepts.
• Fluent German and English communication skills are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or the financial industry.
• Experience with compliance, anti-money laundering, and fraud.
