hirify.global is developing Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed to reduce launch costs and increase flight cadence.

What you will do

• Build and precisely assemble Stage 2 rocket engines and related sub-assemblies.
• Work independently and alongside engineers to complete engine assembly.
• Provide design feedback and maintain accurate build notes for future reference.
• Identify and solve manufacturing and assembly issues with machinists, welders, and engineers.
• Maintain an efficient work area and provide feedback on layout, tooling, and local inventory storage.

Requirements

• Previous experience with a variety of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to stay focused, move quickly, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
• Resourcefulness and effective communication when resolving technical issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable ITAR access requirements.
• Employment requires completion of U.S. employment eligibility verification and authorization to access export-controlled technical data as necessary.
