Lead, Finance Business Partner- Formulated Solutions

Location: Onsite in Aurora, Illinois, United States

Salary: $114,000–$142,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Partner with leaders of the CMP Slurries, Pads, and Substrates Strategic Business Units to develop insights from financial, operational, and market data.
• Build financial models and business cases covering investment opportunities, expected returns, risks, and strategic alignment.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business units.
• Analyze revenue trends, profitability drivers, operating expenses, and other performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, planning processes, and KPI visibility.
• Maintain financial governance and controls in partnership with Corporate Finance, Controllership, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and/or FP&A experience, ideally supporting a large global business unit.
• Experience supporting global business units and product portfolios in a manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or industrial environment.
• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, reporting cycles, and financial modeling activities.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills; experience with SAP, BPC, Hyperion, and/or OneStream is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, executive stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and financial analysis skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another advanced financial credential.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, Hyperion, and/or OneStream.
