Strategic Programs Manager (SaaS)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 per year, plus a 10% variable annual bonus and potential RSU grant.

What you will do

• Own major cross-functional programs from scoping and business case development through operationalization and launch.
• Manage the Retail Media Bet roadmap and align deliverables across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify dependencies, resource constraints, operational bottlenecks, and execution risks, while maintaining executive status reporting.
• Lead pricing elasticity, international expansion, account retention, and segment optimization analyses.
• Partner with revenue and go-to-market leadership to design and execute client retention and expansion programs.
• Improve cross-functional ways of working, operational readiness reviews, post-mortems, and Jira/Confluence portfolio tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or another highly analytical field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, combining management consulting, corporate strategy, advisory, program management, product operations, or PMO leadership.
• Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives with matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced financial and scenario modeling skills, including the ability to analyze pricing elasticity and ambiguous business data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority at Director and C-suite levels.
• Comfort with traveling up to 10% as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
• Experience with innovation frameworks, OKRs, or Agile-at-scale in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
