Principal Program Manager (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$275,000 USD annually, plus a potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of complex enterprise-wide programs across multiple business functions.
• Partner with executives and functional leaders to define success metrics, build multi-year roadmaps, and support decision-making.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and KPI tracking to deliver measurable business impact on schedule.
• Lead cross-organizational change strategies and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, IT, and People teams.
• Mentor program managers and improve enterprise program management standards and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic execution within technology or enterprise software organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs with executive visibility and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in program management methodologies, governance models, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills and the ability to turn complex topics into actionable clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, or enterprise transformation management.
• Experience with enterprise ecosystems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Background in management consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy.
• Knowledge of organizational change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
