Senior Technical Program Manager (Healthcare Data Platform)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Base salary: $127,000–$157,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Establish the HealthShare technical program management function and define its operating model from the ground up.
• Coordinate handoffs and dependencies across Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and the Release Team.
• Own launch and release readiness for cross-functional work spanning multiple teams.
• Define tracking standards in Jira and Confluence so program status is visible without additional status meetings.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate cross-team risks using Microsoft Teams and existing organizational tools.
• Provide program-level visibility on platform health to the Head of Product and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a closely related discipline.
• Experience establishing or scaling a program-management function.
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to assess dependencies, architecture, and delivery risks.
• Experience delivering managed services and cloud services.
• Experience building cross-functional processes and interfaces across engineering and downstream teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational judgment, and attention to detail.
