Site Service Specialist (Manufacturing): Managing transportation, canteen, janitorial, workplace improvement, and other site services at a large manufacturing facility with an accent on supplier coordination, service quality, compliance, and cost control. Focus on planning budgets, optimizing transportation routes and vehicle utilization, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to safety, RBA, IMS, BCMS, and Thai regulations.
Location: Onsite in Bang Pa-in, Thailand; work locations include BangPa-In Building 2 and BangPa-In Building 4.

What you will do
- Manage site services including canteen, uniforms, lockers, postal services, the WD store, janitorial services, transportation, and workplace improvements.
- Coordinate suppliers, prepare scopes of work for bidding, and review service contracts.
- Plan requirements for transportation, canteen, janitorial, and other services based on headcount forecasts.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, transportation routes, service delivery, and workplace improvement projects.
- Plan, manage, and control service budgets and spending in line with company targets.
- Lead coordination meetings with transportation, canteen, EHS, and other stakeholders while improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, transportation, HR site services, science, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing site services in an industrial or manufacturing facility.
- Experience with service operations such as logistics and transportation, canteen, or janitorial services.
- Experience with budget planning, spending control, and cost management.
- Advanced proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong spoken and written English is required.
