Material Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Publish the weekly build plan and maintain On Time Delivery to Promise and Customer Request Date commitments.
• Release and manage work orders based on product yield, material availability, and installed machine capacity.
• Coordinate with manufacturing control, buyers, manufacturing, process engineering, quality engineering, incoming quality assurance, industrial engineering, warehouse, and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
• Schedule sales orders in Oracle and communicate with customer service, sales, and related functions to resolve order requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to process shipments for due-to-ship sales and manufacturing orders.
• Support company activities such as 5S and Kaizen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Planner or Material Planner.
• English communication skills in writing and speaking are required.
• Computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Excel for production planning, MRP, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with BOI requirements is advantageous.
