Sr Planner Supervisor (Inventory & Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at the Korat facility in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, and warehouse teams on inventory and supply chain activities.
• Manage stock levels, support material distribution, and improve material flow to storage areas and production lines.
• Lead physical inventory checks and cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Validate BOMs, inventory transactions, goods receipts, purchase orders, invoices, reversals, voids, and shipped items.
• Analyze inventory data, create reports, and identify discrepancies, trends, and process issues.
• Support ad-hoc reporting, process improvements, SOP development, and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements

• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain fundamentals, costing, and financial impact.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, apply corrective actions, and improve inventory processes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, collaboration skills, ownership, and the ability to coordinate or guide others.
