Production Planner

Location: Pathumthani (Navanakorn), Thailand

What you will do

• Develop and publish weekly build plans aligned with customer request dates, order ship dates, and on-time delivery targets.
• Release, prioritize, and manage work orders based on product yield, material availability, and machine capacity.
• Monitor production execution and adjust plans for demand changes, capacity constraints, and material shortages.
• Schedule and manage sales orders in Oracle ERP while maintaining accurate planning data.
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, material control, manufacturing, engineering, quality, warehouse, logistics, and IT teams.
• Support shipment readiness, 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and production safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning or material planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Oracle is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken, is required.

• Familiarity with BOI requirements.
• Advanced planning or data analysis skills.
