What you will do

• Maintain an updated e-filing system for orders, sales, and customer references.
• Coordinate sales activities, installed-base references, dealer orders, delivery dates, and order tracking.
• Manage customer and dealer inquiries, complaints, receivables, short shipments, and dealer commissions through resolution.
• Manage orders from placement through refunds, warranty replacements, and shipment completion.
• Coordinate with the headquarters production planner on delivery schedules, finished orders, backlog issues, and commercial matters.
• Support sales reporting, contract management, distributor performance tracking, project documentation, and import/export logistics for demo equipment.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to work with order fulfillment and sales coordination processes.
• Ability to manage customer and dealer issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Ability to track orders, forecasts, delivery dates, and sales performance.
• Ability to coordinate with production, service, commercial, and logistics teams.
