Digital Solutions Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Sell ad tech solutions to media agencies and drive revenue growth through prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract discussions.
• Manage assigned agency accounts, maintain executive relationships, provide strategic consultation, and support client retention.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, forecast performance, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead client presentations using data-driven insights, case studies, and campaign success metrics.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis with campaign and strategy teams and present actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams on campaign execution, sales collateral, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience selling ad tech solutions to media agencies and engaging media planners, buyers, programmatic leads, and senior agency executives.
• Ability to develop tailored presentations, lead negotiations, and secure long-term partnerships.
• Ability to build and maintain an independent sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and client retention.
• Ability to collaborate with product, operations, campaign strategy, and marketing teams.
