Inside Account Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Austin, TX, USA; 10% in-market travel as needed

Salary: $40,000–$70,000 annual pay range, including base salary and commissions

What you will do

• Conduct cold calls and proactive outreach to identify potential customers and create qualified sales opportunities.
• Make 50 outbound dials and achieve 1.5 hours of customer talk time per day.
• Establish and nurture relationhirify.globalps with assigned business accounts by phone and email.
• Assist healthcare customers with selecting, deploying, and managing IT solutions.
• Manage quoting, order placement, and customer projects across the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal hirify.global resources to resolve inquiries, co-sell, and meet sales quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.
• Basic ability to cold call, prospect, create new business opportunities, and grow customer relationhirify.globalps.
• Basic proficiency in customer outreach, tailored customer service solutions, Microsoft Office tools, and project management.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
