What you will do

• Coordinate with sponsors to activate campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and present accurate client-facing reports and regular project updates.
• Assist Account and Project Managers in documenting project statuses to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collect and document critical project data metrics and program IDs essential for meeting KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary client approvals and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop foundational client management and presentation skills to effectively articulate product value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-1+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in digital production, media, or agency settings.
• Proficiency with G-suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of project management systems such as Workfront or Basecamp.
• Must be eligible to work in the US
