SoC System Hardware Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership across all phases of AI SoC development, with primary focus on specifications and architecture definition.
• Define technical requirements and architecture specifications with AI SoC marketing and software architects.
• Develop costing estimates, power and area targets, resource plans, and implementation schedules with SoC design and program management teams.
• Evaluate SoC performance and recommend technologies, IP, and vendors.
• Support pre-silicon and post-silicon design and verification to ensure features meet architectural requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SoC silicon architecture or IP design.
• Experience developing architecture, performance, power, and cost estimates from high-level requirements.
• Knowledge of partitioning solutions across hardware and software, analog and digital, and other multidisciplinary boundaries.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, DDR, PCIe, I2C, SPI, USB, NoC, memory controllers, coherency, and virtual memory.
• Experience selecting, configuring, and integrating ARM CPU cores and IP, including Coherent Mesh, GIC, and SMMU.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
