What you will do
- Lead the overall validation strategy and execution for SoCs and hardware platforms from early bring-up through production.
- Define validation architectures, test plans, and coverage metrics aligned with industry standards like PCIe, Ethernet, and JEDEC.
- Conduct post-silicon bring-up, functional validation, and stress testing across PVT conditions.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex cross-domain issues involving silicon, PHY, firmware, and board-level components.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers during qualification and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SoC/ASIC design, firmware, system architecture, and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 10-12+ years of experience.
- Proven experience leading hardware or post-silicon validation for complex SoCs/ASICs through multiple product cycles.
- Hands-on expertise with high-speed interfaces including DDR4/DDR5, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, or SerDes.
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to translate technical findings into clear documentation.
