What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across internal functions including Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and candidate quality
• Proactively source high-quality candidates and build evergreen pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and represent the employer brand
• Optimize recruiting workflows and track hiring metrics to support growth

Requirements

• 2–5+ years recruitment experience, startup experience preferred
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to close hires across business functions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
• High ownership and partner mindset toward hiring managers
• Structured and analytical candidate evaluation approach

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for remote or global teams
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques
• Experience improving recruiting workflows and processes
