Internal Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Remote within the Philippines; core hours are 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously from sourcing and outreach through offers and closing.
• Build evergreen talent pipelines and test sourcing strategies to improve quality and hiring speed.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, scorecards, success criteria, and compensation insights.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and represent hirify.global’s employer brand.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, interview processes, systems, and reporting, including pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and consistently close hires across business functions.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, evaluation, and conversion skills.
• High ownership, accountability, structured thinking, and a partner mindset toward hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for remote or global teams and high-growth startups or recruitment agencies.
• Familiarity with Boolean search, sourcing extensions, and Notion.
• Experience improving recruiting workflows and hiring processes.
