Data Product Operations Lead (AI)

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own data pipelines from early experiments and 0→1 prototypes through production-scale systems.
• Design and operate high-volume audio data workflows with a focus on reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Work with researchers at leading AI labs to identify model capabilities and translate them into data workflows and project plans.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Monitor pipeline health and resolve sourcing, quality, and process issues.
• Use throughput, quality, and cost metrics to prioritize improvements and ensure delivery.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of experience in high-intensity environments such as founding, strategy consulting, or venture-backed operations.
• Background in strategy consulting, strategic projects, investment banking, operations, computer science, or a similar field.
• Systems-thinking ability and a focus on designing scalable, durable solutions.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to work effectively with engineers and researchers.
• Fast, detail-oriented execution with uncompromising attention to quality.
• Experience in data, machine learning, or large-scale operations, with a track record of ownership and outcome-focused work.
