TL;DR
Customer Product Operations Lead (ERP/AI): Owning end-to-end post-sales ERP implementation and customer lifecycle success for upper mid-market and enterprise clients with an accent on process discovery, product configuration, integrations, and go-live execution. Focus on building new ERP capabilities, mentoring delivery pods, managing UAT and data migrations, and improving customer operations through automation and AI.
Location: New York City, United States; in-office culture with lunch in the office 5 days per week. Relocation assistance is available.
Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annual salary plus equity. The final range may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle for 1–2 upper mid-market or enterprise clients, from discovery and design through implementation, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Analyze customer operational and financial workflows across the flow of goods, information, and money.
- Translate process flows into product design, configuration, and new capabilities within the ERP platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations required for successful implementations.
- Lead and mentor a pod of associates across multiple concurrent projects.
- Improve product and customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
- Systems-thinking ability across people, processes, and technology.
- Experience handling high-pressure work in startups, consulting, finance, or similar environments.
- Ability to understand complex engineering and logic problems from first principles.
- Strong analytical mindset; SQL experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in an in-office environment five days per week.
