Lead Forward Deployed Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annual base compensation, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for one or two major clients, from discovery and process mapping through implementation, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Analyze customers’ operational and financial workflows across goods, information, and money.
• Translate process flows into product design, data models, workflows, and configuration within the hirify.global ERP platform.
• Build product capabilities and solutions for upper mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Coordinate integrations and data migrations with technical teams.
• Improve product and customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation is required.
• Ability to analyze interconnected people, processes, and technology as a systems thinker.
• Experience handling high-pressure roles and solving complex engineering or logic problems from first principles.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, stakeholder management, and customer partnership skills.
• SQL experience is a plus but is not required.
