Senior Delivery Manager

Location: Remote-first; hiring in Latin America. International travel is required 3–4 times per year.

What you will do

• Oversee delivery for a large-scale client account segment covering 10+ teams and more than 100 specialists.
• Maintain delivery stability by monitoring workflows and KPIs, resolving operational issues, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Lead Project Managers, technical leaders, and 4–5 direct reports while supporting performance and career development.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable service delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, resource planning, cost optimization, P&L, and hiring support.
• Identify delivery risks early and support initiatives to grow existing client accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within software development outsourcing.
• Experience in IT outsourcing or managed services, including large multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists.
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, relationship management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level and willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year.

• Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams.
• Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
