AI Deployment Specialist

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation of one or more hospital clients simultaneously.
• Act as the main point of contact for hospital directors, superintendents, and clinical coordinators.
• Coordinate field Onboarding Specialists, including hospital allocation, metrics tracking, and issue escalation.
• Analyze adoption data across hospitals to identify bottlenecks, patterns, and opportunities.
• Identify implementation risks early and translate field insights into actionable feedback for product and engineering.
• Build the implementation playbook from the ground up.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or enterprise client management.
• Ability to interpret dashboards, SQL queries, or equivalent operational data independently.
• Confidence presenting to and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; the company operates fully in English.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and interest in working closely with the technology.
• Ownership mindset and ability to act independently.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Background in strategy or technology consulting, client-facing analytics or engineering, technical project management, or business analysis.
