Culinary Operations Manager (Robotics)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; minimum 4 days per week in the office, with additional days as needed based on project demands

Salary: $128,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the Infinite Kitchen Center, including station setup, equipment readiness, ingredient ordering, inventory, and culinary preparation.
• Coordinate demos, engineering tests, operator training sessions, and daily pre-shift huddles.
• Translate robotic system functionality into clear, scalable standard operating procedures for field teams.
• Map robotic technology into existing restaurant workflows and coordinate recipe routing and digital logic with KDS and software teams.
• Support testing by providing operational feedback on UI/UX, ergonomics, reliability, and throughput.
• Support technology rollouts by training field teams and ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of restaurant and/or kitchen management experience, including Fast Casual or Quick Service Restaurant operations.
• Experience scaling a multi-unit operation as a leader or training manager.
• Experience developing positional training, new-store-opening programs, and hourly team member job aids.
• Knowledge of culinary R&D, menu rollouts, high-volume kitchen systems, line flows, and food safety.
• Strong culinary skills, familiarity with standard kitchen equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot technology and software interfaces alongside engineers.
• Exceptional communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for operational metrics, inventory modeling, and data tracking.
