Systems & Data Analyst (Workday)

Location: New York, NY; NY-based hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Workday implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, validation, testing, and deployment.
• Gather requirements from HR, Finance, and leadership teams and develop reporting, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
• Improve data quality, workflows, automation, system functionality, and performance across Workday and other HR systems.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, storage solutions, ETL processes, and integrations with non-Workday systems.
• Coordinate external vendors and support integrations with legal financial and enterprise systems.
• Maintain system documentation and provide ad hoc analysis for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HR systems management, data analysis, or enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS implementation, configuration, reporting, analytics, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and workflow automation or orchestration tools.
• Experience with API integration, SFTP, encryption, certificates, x509, and PGP.
• Knowledge of legal financial systems such as Aderant, 3E, and Sierra/CMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data science, human resources, business analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deal Cloud, MDD, and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with legal-specific systems, data governance, and compliance standards.
• Experience managing Workday implementation partners and other vendors.
