People Systems Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid role based in Poland, with on-site attendance at Wielicka 30, Kraków, 3 to 5 times per month.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 support for HR systems and resolve cases within agreed service levels.
• Investigate root causes, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical partners.
• Perform routine system maintenance and support testing for releases, fixes, and changes.
• Create support documentation and knowledge materials while helping maintain data accuracy.
• Guide and train teams on effective use of HR systems.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience supporting HR systems, testing, documentation, or ticket resolution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a global HR Shared Services environment.
