Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States. This position requires applicants to qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Organize, monitor, and optimize manufacturing activities, production schedules, priorities, throughput, yields, and scrap performance.
• Manage labor, materials, technical resources, overtime, staffing adjustments, and production capacity.
• Coordinate maintenance, infrastructure, IT, equipment installation, qualification, ramp-up, and production readiness activities.
• Drive Lean, 5S, 6S, workflow, workstation, setup-efficiency, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Supervise production supervisors and lead operators, conduct interviews and performance reviews, and develop workforce capabilities.
• Maintain production compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, documented procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, business management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive manufacturing experience and 5 years of leadership experience in production, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience managing production teams through frontline supervisors and lead personnel.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, labor planning, productivity improvement, scrap and yield management, and daily performance execution.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
