Production Supervisor (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: East Syracuse, New York, United States. Onsite second-shift position; availability to train on first shift and work weekends when needed.

Salary: $66,234–$110,390 per year. Annual or quarterly bonus and a possible alternative-shift premium may apply.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise hourly production employees, first-line supervisors, maintenance personnel, and support staff during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate engineering and technical resources for equipment evaluation, procurement, installation, troubleshooting, and process enhancement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives targeting delivery, yield, quality, cost, cycle time, and safety.
• Manage departmental budgets and develop reporting for labor utilization, productivity, cost, safety, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal support groups to ensure production requirements are met.
• Manage employee relations, performance matters, problem resolution, and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with budgets, cost analysis, financial concepts, and reporting.
• Effective communication, meeting facilitation, presentation, negotiation, organization, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
• Ability to work the second shift, train on first shift, and work weekends when needed.
