Production Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise production employees during assigned shifts.
• Execute production schedules and maintain customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance, resolving issues that affect operations.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain compliance with work instructions, manufacturing processes, inventory controls, and ERP transactions.
• Investigate production, quality, and inventory issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency with production reporting and computer systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
